Hey doll faces! So lip balm is every girls' essential. If a woman wears no makeup she at least allows herself this one almost needed product. Here are my top 5 with reviews. Enjoy!
Starting from least to favorite:
1. Just plain Vaseline...I get several small tubes of the cocoa and Shea butter to keep with me. It's great in the winter and at night but sometimes it just kinda sits on top. But here's a trick I've learned. Mix some ground cinnamon in with some Vaseline and apply to your lips for as long as you want. It looks a little strange but the effect brings out your natural color and slightly plumps your lips. The spice is a natural irritant that is painless but causes swelling :)
2. Blistex deep repair. This does wonders for lip lines. They disappear! But this deep repair is a little addictive. Stop using it and your lips are worse than ever /:
3. Maybelline baby lips: a soft formula that slightly plumps and softens the lips. Unfortunately it is s very shallow formula and only sits on top, so you have to constantly apply for any lasting effect or repair.
4. Twist and point balm, the runner up for me! Fits into every lip line and drastically softens with no greasy feeling whatsoever! Smells great and is really cute too!
5. Smith's mint and rose lip balm! THE BEST EVER! Super cute in a tin and the best ever. After a week my lines are disappearing and my lips are amazingly full! Plus it has a little bit of red dye in it for a tiny pink tint with a good amount of shine! $6 at sephora and worth so much more!
